When will I get my license code?
Online orders paid with a credit card or PayPal account are usually processed within 24 hours. On rare occasions it may take up to 72 hours to get your code; if you have not received your code after 72 hours, please check to make sure that you are not blocking our email and then let us know. In most cases, if you have not received your code within 72 hours it is because your mailbox is full, you or your ISP have filters which are preventing our mail from getting to you, or you have not enabled your AOL email account to accept mail from outside of AOL.

Unable to decode ".sit" file, or ".sit" file is corrupted…
In almost all cases, this is caused by an outdated copy of Stuffit Expander which does not recognize the latest archive format. You should obtain and use the new version of Stuffit Expander which is available for free from Allume Systems.  

Application crashes immediately on launch…
First, check the application's manual or "Read Me!" file and ensure that your system meets all of the requirements to use the software. Next, try deleting the application's preference file (found in the "Black Magik Software" folder inside of the "Preferences" folder) and reinstall a fresh copy of the program.
