Upgrade Policy
We do not charge upgrade fees for applications and services which are licensed by subscription (those for which a monthly fee is charged). All updates which are released while your subscription is active are free. For fixed-price licenses we generally try to keep minor updates and/or bug-fix releases free. Upgrade fees (if any) for larger updates are determined on a case by case basis taking into account the amount of work that has been invested in the update. When possible, paid users of older versions who choose to upgrade to the new version are offered a discounted price.

Refund Policy
In order to keep prices as low as possible, we do not issue refunds for any reason. All software sold by Black Magik Software is available as a demo or trial version. It is the customer's responsibility to try the software out and determine its suitability and compatibility with their own computer before purchasing a license. If you have questions or concerns that are not addressed by a demo or trial version, please feel free to contact us with your questions before purchasing a license so that you can make an informed buying decision.

Support Policy
Unless otherwise noted, we provide limited complimentary technical support for all of our pay-to-use applications. Since providing free technical support takes up a significant amount of our time we ask that our customers make some effort to help themselves before contacting us. The majority of technical support requests that we receive could be avoided by simply reading the documentation that comes with the software. As a general rule, we do not provide assistance for software or add-ons listed as "unsupported", however we do encourage users to report any bugs or issues that they may encounter using our online support form.

Privacy Information
Registration of our software requires you to give us contact information (like your name and email address). Your contact information is used only to verify registered user status and, in some cases, to monitor compliance with licensing terms. Black Magik Software will not send you unsolicited email messages of any kind. Your information will never be shared with or provided to any third party. This web site contains links to other sites. Black Magik Software is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
